This months subscription box was influenced by our energy in the world.
Whether it be still, calm and present or energetic, busy and active we all need to find and feel balance.
I know, it's easier said than done but finding ways to balance our feelings, emotions and energy can help us to be more aware of ourselves and those around us.
So this month, influenced by energy, you will find spiritual balancing aromatic oils, and uplifting citrus notes.
Each subscription box contains 14 pure essential oil wax melts, comprised of 7 melts from each aroma.

Now for this months aromas.
Aroma 1 Title: Present in the moment
Pure essential oils of frankincense and geranium with home grown geranium and frankincense resin.
When these two oils are combined in a sensitive and measured way, I like to think that a little bit of magic happens. I have used this combination many times myself when teaching meditation and in my family home. I can’t quite explain how these wonderful individual oils create this amazing combined aroma, the best way for me to try, is to simply say that the combination of the two together is much, much greater and even more beautiful than its individual parts.
Frankincense is quite an expensive oil but one that is so worth trying and is wonderfully beneficial to our wellbeing. Geranium for me is always associated with happiness and delight and I know is a firm favourite with many of my customers.
Frankincense -A warm and spicy aroma frankincense essential oil is commonly used in prayer and meditation, it can help a person lean into a deeper connection of our own understanding and can help us slow down and be present within the moment.
Geranium - A beautifully floral fragrance with an aroma that will echo subtlety for several days if you wish it too.
Geranium petals represent friendship, wishes for good health, happiness and positive emotions. Frankincense (an incense resin) is a symbol of deity and prayer / meditation
So for Octobers subscription box, I thought a treat for your senses was the order of the day. This wax melt can be used at any time but would be particularly good for helping you to relax and wind down. Or maybe for gentle yoga / exercising e.g. tai chi or for when you are reading or taking a moment out of the day for yourself.
Aroma 2 Title: Embrace the Energy
Orange. Energetically, orange is very uplifting to the mind and emotions. This can support your physical energy, and may elevate your mood. It's often said to be an oil of abundance, or possibility, and may help to open a person's mind and heart to the potentials that surrounds them.
Grapefruit has a lovely tangy uplifting aroma and this oil may emotially help us to find clarity and clearness in our day.
Lemon An uplifting and soothing essential oil with a character that can cleanse both the environment and the person using the melts.
Seeped into of these melts are pieces of air dried organic orange, lemon and grapefruit peel.
Citrus fruit also can symbolise the hope of resurrection and eternal life.
